At this stage, it’s all about demonstrating progress. You’ve got a clear mandate from your customers and investors, and a limited amount of time and resources to either prove the path you’re on, or find the right path. As the CEO, you just don’t have the time to be tied directly into all parts of the business anymore, and need your executive team to perform.
Osprey works with founders and their executive teams to ensure that the organization is aligned behind that mandate, and progress towards milestones is being defined, and measured. We support existing functions, or will act as functional head prior to full-time executives joining
